The Artspace Lifespace Project works in partnership to protect vacant commercial, industrial and residential properties from vandalism, fly-tipping, unauthorised occupation, theft of contents and fittings, and gradual dereliction.
Artists In Residence is temporary guardian scheme where by buildings suitable are converted into short-term live / work space. Providing 24hr security, building clearing and clean up, general maintenance, and site management services. Depending on the nature of the site a variety of versatile packages are available from basic security and live / work studio projects to multi arts events and performance programs.
